Policies

• Daycare Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. See locations for weekend hours.
• We accept dogs 7 weeks of age and older for group play (doggy daycare)
• Dogs must meet screening requirements for group play and safe handling
• We require the following vaccines: Rabies, Distemper / Parvovirus combination and Bordetella
• We require the dog be protected by heartworm and flea and tick preventative
• Dogs over 9 months must be spayed or neutered
• To ensure the health of the play pack, sick dogs will be immediately removed from group play and isolated until their owners can pick up
• Half Day is 4 hours or less; Full Day is greater than 4 hours
• Adult dog daycare packages expire in 6 months from date of purchase
• New Pup on the Block package expires in 3 months
• Dogs not in our care for longer than 6 months may be required to be rescreened
• To ensure the safety and cooperativeness of the play pack, dogs may be kenneled for quiet times throughout the day.
• Rest assured your dog will receive plenty of playtime, exercise, outdoor breaks and TLC when visiting Augusta!
